Hey guys! I am a college student who knows almost nothing about computers. Please help me out. This might be a bit long, but please bear with me.
Last month, I had a dell technician come to replace my casing (this is a laptop). Since then, every time I move my screen up and down, I would hear the usb beep. Its the same sound as if Im plugging in and removing a usb device. My theory is that the technician didnt insert the webcam back into the casing correctly, because Ive isolated the sound to the webcam (when the sound happens, the webcam would disconnect briefly). Ive also started getting BSODs frequently, at least once a day if I move the laptop. Its usually a bugcode_usb_driver bsod. My question is is this a hardware problem or software? If hardware, which part is it? If software, how can I fix this? It gets very annoying as I have to save homework and papers like a paranoid in fear that itll bsod on me. Thanks in advance!
Attached is the last dmp file (File name: 033112-22245-01.rar) and cpu-z pictures.
edit: My laptop just crashed again. This time there wasnt a bsod (very unusual). Im attaching that too, in case it can help (file name: 040512-20857-01.rar).
