Hi,

I would like to know when exactly this started. Have you installed any software after this the problem has started?

What is the stop error code which you are getting?

Please follow this to find the Stop error code

Restart the computer and Press F8 (continuosly) - It will give you advanced boot options menu

Select - Disable restart on System failure option and Next time when you get the bluescreen error It will not restart and you can find the exact code

I have attached the screenshot you can find the example. Please provide me those information. In the meantime I will analyze and give you the solution with the minidump

Hi,

I have analyzed the minidump and found that it is caused by srv.sys srv.sys+138e9e0 Driver

050912-21093-01.dmp 5/9/2012 7:42:39 PM CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION 0x000000f4 00000000`00000003 fffffa80`08dd39e0 fffffa80`08dd3cc0 fffff800`03599660 srv.sys srv.sys+138e9e0 x64 ntoskrnl.exe+7cc80 C:\Users\Administrator\Downloads\Compressed\050912-21093-01.dmp 4 15 7601 286,602

srv.sys is a Microsoft Windows SMB network file.

You can try these steps

Start - > All Program -> accessories -> command prompt

Please type
sfc /scannow command and Press Enter

When it finds any violations on the computer. Please insert the Windows CD and repair it.

Please let me know the results.

Thanks,
MJ

Hi, The problem started roughly 1-week ago, I installed many different softwares but It happens randomly, If I leave the computer on and do nothing, It will blue screen eventually. I also re-installed windows using the disk my comptuter came with, and It still blue screens.Today I got a blue screen error with this stop code: BCCode: f4 BCP1: 0000000000000003 BCP2: FFFFFA8009807B30 BCP3: FFFFFA8009807E10 BCP4: FFFFF80002D81510

the sfc/scannow actually crashed my computer (bluescreen again)

I re-installed / formatted with windows 7 CD, (Did not install ANY drivers or software)

Have you tried to use your Windows Recovery Partition to correct the issue? It formats the "C" partition, reloads the OS factory fresh & if there are no hardware issues, it should run like new again. I've needed that option myself a few times, that's what it's there for.

You should bite the bullet & try it, because if you do have hardware issues, the computer is under factory warranty & can get a replacement. If you bought it with a credit card, you have additional protections, but you must act fast, usually these protections last only 60 days, although some extends protection as long as a year. And will protect you from receiving a refurb or open box computer.

You bought & paid for a new computer, it's your right that it functions as such. Make the retailer or OEM get this matter right w/o delay, it's not your responsibility to be repairing a new computer.

I have tried using the Disk included with the computer, but how would I access this recovery partition? I am leaning towards using the factory warranty because I have no idea what the problem is.

That's exactly what you should do. Being that you bought a brand new computer, you should get a brand new one in return, not an open box or refurb. And make this very clear to the rep that you speak with.

Also, if you paid by credit card or PayPal, go ahead & open a case against them, before time runs out. With PayPal, it's 45 days, credit cards varies. It's better to have a dispute open & not need it, rather than time running out with no dispute filed. Say anything, they're giving the runaround, etc. Protect your money aggressively, as the OEM or retailer/etailer won't.

Hi,
Sorry for the delay in replying. I was on a business travel and had limited access to emails.

Please try updating the drivers of the Mother board and ATI graphics driver and try to disable the other graphics if there is any on the motherboard(external graphics processor like NVIDIA etc)

Try creating a new user account with administartive permissions and and try play the game and check if you are getting the same problem

Thanks,
Murali
