Windows 7 BSOD on my desktop!!!

hi, i am using windows7 32-bit and faced bsod problems. it happens suddenly and I don't have any idea to solve it,
I read tutorial threads here and attaching information produces with those tools... WP7 diag tool was not able to get hosts file dunno why.

Both BSOD's report an error with the disk hardware.
IMMEDIATELY backup all your important files - if the disk dies it's not going to be easy to get them back.
Then try this free hard drive diagnostic: Link Removed - Invalid URL

If the disk passes the tests, then start with the rest of the stuff.....

SP1 isn't installed, please do the following:
Installing Windows 7 Service Pack 1
1. Visit the PC manufacturer's website and update ALL drivers. DO NOT use Windows Update or the "Update drivers" function of Device Manager.
2. Check Device Manager for any unknown/disabled devices - if there are unknown/disabled devices, fix them with the latest drivers from the device manufacturer's website (not the PC Manufacturer)
3. Visit Windows Update and get all updates (may take repeated visits)
4. Visit Windows Update and get Service Pack 1 (usually under Important Updates). Read these notes for installing SP1: Steps to follow before you install Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 from the Microsoft Download Center
5. Visit Windows Update and get any other available updates. May take repeated visits, but keep it up until you get several "Windows is updated" results.
If you're having difficulties with installing a Service Pack, please use the SURTool from this link: What is the System Update Readiness Tool?
Also, check out this troubleshooting link from Microsoft: Troubleshoot problems installing Service Pack 1 (SP1) for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2

I have had limited success in installing updates/Service Packs when using a "clean boot". I suspect that I'm just bypassing the problem - and that it can come back to bite me in the butt later on.

There is a problem with your Quick Heal Technologies AntiVirus. Please:
- scan your system with a couple of these free scans to ensure that something hasn't snuck by your A/V: Link Removed - Invalid URL
- Download a free anti-virus: Link Removed - Invalid URL
- Un-install the Quick Heal A/V and install the free A/V
- Update the free A/V and perform a full scan of your system

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

When I tried to run WD diag tool it didn't detect my hdd says "NO DRIVE FOUND"
What should i do??

Sorry for the delay in responding, but I was without power for 3 days due to Hurricane Sandy.

It's not unusual to have issues running the W-D DLG tool.
Please run the Seagate SeaTools test.
If that doesn't see the hard drive, then try the Hitachi Drive Fitness Test

You can also try the free HDTune from inside of Windows

You can also switch modes in your BIOS to see if it's affected by AHCI/SATA/IDE/Legacy settings.
Be sure to switch it back - if you forget, the system won't boot!

Hope you are ok.. Good Luck :)
Thanks for the last suggestion(AHCI/SATA/IDE), So I tried again and got no errors this time

so I guess problem is not related to disk hardware!!

That's good to hear!
Now just continue on with the other suggestions that I made
If the BSOD's continue after completing the suggestions, please zip up and upload the contents of C:\Windows\Minidump with your next post.
