Hi,
out of the dump files sent 2 were bugcheck 124's which is hardware (blaming the CPU), another was unconclusive and the above is pointing to an audio driver. Usually having that many different dump files it does usually point to a hardware error. I do notice your overclocking however which can be at fault. See if returning to default values removes the bsod.

If you cannot get into windows try pressing F8 when booting and then 'last good known config'. You could also try booting off the windows installation disk and running the repair option.

BiosVersion = F9
BiosReleaseDate = 10/13/2011
SystemManufacturer = Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
SystemProductName = GA-990XA-UD3
Your bios also needs updating. Please ensure I have the correct motherboard and revision first.:
http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3901#bios

sptd.sys Sun Oct 11 21:55:14 2009: SCSI Pass Through Direct Host - Daemon Tools (known BSOD issues with Win7). Please remove to test.

Check your RAM by downloading and running the app found here:
http://www.memtest.org/
You'll need to burn it to disk and then boot off the disk.
