Windows 7 BSOD problems. Possibly caused by drivers.

Please help.

This is a new machine and it has been playing up since Steam picked up on some kind of fault in the system and started causing repeated blue screens of different values.

I have attached all the required details (as far as I know) in a zip file.

I think it may be a driver problem.

I have run memory diagnostic tool and found no errors with my RAM. Also note that I have no access to a floppy drive.

Well I just ran memtest. Stopped halfway through the first pass. 280,000 errors.
