Hey...welcome.

Let's fix this up.

1) This driver is old and not well for the Intel Storage.

iaStorV iaStorV.sys Wed Apr 08 12:57:17 2009

Install this Microsoft patch to update it to 2010:

An update that improves the compatibility of Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 with Advanced Format Disks is available

2) Update your Lycosa and Lachesis drivers to the latest. (Razer is notorious, even with brand new drivers so...)

Lycosa Lycosa.sys Wed Sep 30 00:45:50 2009
Lachesis Lachesis.sys Fri Oct 16 09:09:12 2009

Razer Support

3) If issues persist, post a screen shot of CPU-Z spd and memory tabs.

Then also, use Driver Sweeper in safe mode to clear the NVIDIA video only.

Then reboot and install the latest driver again:

----------------

Make sure your psu is sufficient for your system. 500-600w or better from a known good brand.

I notice in your earlier crash dumps that you have Realtek HD Audio and then it is not present in newer crash dumps. You probably tried to update it but did not run it twice with a reboot in between. So simply now, run the installer to install it and that's all that's needed:

Realtek

I've downloaded the hotfix there we're 2 similar files but, i downloaded the one that had the biggest file size not sure if that was the right one or not but i back up my files b4 the did that. I updated the realtek driver and the razer drivers I'm not sure on because i uploaded the lasted ones alrdy but i download the firmware for the Lachesis and there wasn't one for the Lycosa.

3) If issues persist, post a screen shot of CPU-Z spd and memory tabs.

plz help ty

It is definitely one of these 3 possible causes.

1) The memory is set unwell in the bios.

2) The memory is defective.

3) The video card is defective.

The screen shots will give us an excellent understanding to rule out #1 or not, and take things from there.

Did you already use Driver Sweeper in safe mode?

---------------

And now for something that is definitely 100% causing issues. The Lachesis driver, as I was saying is notorious, above.
Recommend to remove it from the system and replace the hardware with something else, if there is no updated driver:

Code:
Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

Memory is set well in the bios.

Right now, the major issue is that Lachesis driver. The machine is not going to stop crashing with it installed.

If you are interested in solving the issue(s), uninstall the Lachesis driver/software, remove the hardware from the machine, replace it with new or different hardware and install the latest driver for the new hardware.

Then post any new crash dumps, if any happen, after that.

Almost all of your crash dumps, besides the Lachesis one, have been what I'll show you here:

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff88003020cee, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: fffff88002e8b6a8, Exception Record Address

It means that DirectX is bugging out. It really is very unlikely that it is a memory issue, because if memory were faulty, you would be having a broad range of all different types of failures and not just only with the video card.

I would take the card out of the machine and let it sit for a few minutes. Then re-install it and push firmly on it to make sure it's seated well, but being careful not to break anything.

It is also technically possible for a driver to cause corruption that keeps on causing this issue. Out of all your drivers, there is only one left that I do not like. It is the Lycosa.sys one.
Because of that, you can also try and see what happens if you uninstall that software and use different hardware. It should be done to rule it out. If video errors still continue,
then 100% there is either an issue with the video card itself, or the power supply not providing enough power to the system. Either/or.

----------

This video driver is a little old, but it's known well and it in and of itself is not the issue:

nvlddmkm nvlddmkm.sys Wed Apr 28 19:26:18 2010

You should update it though for good measure:

I know you told me that if i still have a problem its either the PSU or the Video Card but i wanted you to look at my lastest dumpfile to see if u can think of anything else it could be b4 i make the decision to go and replace them.

Yeah, unfortunately, repeating the same exact error as above. It is most assuredly a defective video card.

So I would replace the video card and hope for the best.

If you have onboard video, remove the card and run with that for some time to see how it goes.

you referred me to this b4 and i downloaded the one with the bigger files size should i download them both?

Download the 64 bit version, which yes, is larger. Double click it to begin the installation, as it has not been installed yet. You can see the new date of that driver that will be installed on the linked page itself. It is 2010 version.
