Have installed the SF Diag tool, having some problems running MSINFO 32, gets halfway then comes up with a pop up telling me access is denied and then gives me the following error
Unhadled exception has occurred. could not find c\msinfo32.nfo

I cannot run any other options from SF diag i get a similar message

Try this to generate a separate MSINFO32 report:
MSINFO32:
Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Also, save a copy as a .txt file and include it also (it's much more difficult to read, but we have greater success in getting the info from it).

If you're having difficulties with the format, please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type "msinfo32 /nfo C:\Users\Public\Desktop\TEST.NFO" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Then navigate to the C:\Users\Public\Desktop directory to retrieve the TEST.NFO file. If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back.

Here is the CPU-z images and rammon but had some problems with SF diagnostic. could only get system information
all others were giving errors when trying to run

I have not removed the OC settings as yet, Im hoping that it is some sort of software driver error, the BSOD is very random it has been happening 1-2 times a month but not every day just random times. If it does continue I will remove the OC
after OC I did run a some tests to make sure it was stable...but who knows

The INTERRUPT_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED bug check has a value of 0x0000003D.
This bug check appears very infrequently.

Your bios is old and needs updating:

BiosVersion = 0301
BiosReleaseDate = 09/16/2011
http://uk.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1155/P8Z68V_PROGEN3/#download

Also several of your drivers are old. I'd use your motherboard website as a guide and update all drivers to their latest versions.

Do not flash the bios with the machine overclocked. Flash the new bios and I would run it for a while to see if stability has returned. If you do bsod please post the new dump.

Hi, thanks for the reply
I will update the m/b drivers, in regards to the BIOS flash, should I remove the OC flash the BIOS and if all stable reinstate the OC??

Thanks again

Hi,

yes please remove the oc. Once flashed it's best if you choose something like optimised defaults just to get you started. Once your sure all is stable and no bsods you can then tweak again..

Hi, I have removed the OC, updated the drivers (asus website wasnt very helpful, most drivers did not have a new version) and flashed the BIOS to the latest.
Will test it out for a few weeks and if all is good then I will reinstate the OC and go from there, thanks for the help
