Windows 7 Cannot connect to wireless router.

I want to set up my home network but I can't find my wireless router when I search for it in the network and sharing centre. Could it be a driver issue? Please help! I'm a noob

theres quite a few router issues.....some here....Link Removed . If thats not what your looking at. please repost

on the left hand side of the network and sharing center should be an option to manage wireless networks, try clicking that.
