Windows Vista Can't Decrypt Jpeg

I have multiple jpeg files I decided to Encrypt.
Then my computer crashed and I cloned the Hard Drive.
Now I can't decrypt the files so I can view them.

Note:
I'm running Windows 7
Also I'm a teenager (I only say this cause the particular files are of Alyson Stoner)
