Yeah, so I want to completely start over because my new PC is being laggy and crap. So I selected the 'Reset' option, to completely remove everything. The option like I was 'recycling' rather than keeping the PC. Just wanted to erase everything from the hard drive. Took about 2 hours, as there wasn't actually much on it. But when it finally boots up again, I do a search in the search bar and it comes up with some POD Farm files and various other music production software files that I'd previously installed. These are exactly the things I wanted rid of! I wanted to completely erase everything!!! What the Hell is wrong with the piece of crap!!! It's a brand new Zoostorm with an AMD 8, 8G of RAM and 1TB HDD. I originally installed a copy of Windows 7 pro, but got the free upgrade to 10. Riddled with bugs...

Please someone help me before I end up taking a hammer to it...

Cheers.

Hi

If you have already authenticated your Windows 10 install, you could download the ISO file and do a complete clean install from a DVD.
