I just got Windows 7..worked great for a day next morning..I go to open Yahoo messenger, it signed in and that error kept spamming up...

Later on I noticed My IE 8.0 did the same thing..except it doesn't open period.

Few of my games don't open either..

Any Help would be much appreciated. T_T

Solution
can I replace the original urlmon.dll with urlmon.dll from dlls website?
Give it a try - first rename the existing urlmon.dll to something like urlmon.dll.old so you can rename it back if the replacement doesn't work.
First try ensuring that the dll is registered - goto programs, right click on command prompt, run as administrator an enter the command:

regsvr32 urlmon.dll

I have the same problem like IchigoKush and command prompt didn't help me.. Is that problem connected with windows update? Or can I replace the original urlmon.dll with urlmon.dll from dlls website? BTW problem occurs when i run msn messenger... help me if you know something about the problem or if somebody has the same problem. sorry for bad my english, if it isn't good..
