Windows 8 Fan very loud

My Asus desktop's fan works very loud and even when is not working it too noisy. It works almost all the time and desktop is never ever even warm.
Anything to be done, it's really too much. It was like that from very begin.

Do you have the latest BIOS installed, if not update it.

Also do you have Asus Probe software installed, if so can you post some screenshots of it's data?

Thanks but I have no idea what all you said means. I am just PC user ( How/where I can check if I have the things you mentioned?
