Windows 7 Fix for Dell laptop Alps Device

I was getting "Device cannot load" (10) with the 64-bit ALPS driver from Dell for my Latitude XT. Downloaded Synaptic driver for Vista 64-bit and it fixed my problem. Link Removed due to 404 Error
