Windows 10 Get rid of NVidia Control Panel message

I get this on every boot up and want to disable it. I can't hide or turn it off from taskbar icons either.

I refuse to install this old software for Win10 or setup any kind of login for the store or to install it, just want it gone.

Just install the driver from the Nvidia site. No need to use the store at all
