Windows 7 Graphics failing.. please help

I've had my ASUS F75VD laptop just 2 days, I've spent a lot of time with system and driver updates but now I'm stuck and can't figure this out.. no matter what browser I use, it only loads graphics halfway or its' just plain html

I keep getting an error popup that says "This page requires AC_RunActiveContent.js" which after doing research isn't even used anymore I'm pretty sure.. I've disabled all adblocking and all extensions in Chrome, everything in IE9, reinstalled Flash, etc. and it still does it.. very annoying, there are screenshots attached

any ideas?

I should add that the graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce 610M (driver date 12/29/12) and also Intel HD Graphics 4000 (driver date 1/16/13)
