Please provide this info so we can provide a complete analysis of your problem: http://windows7forums.com/blue-screen-death-bsod/38837-how-ask-help-bsod-problem.html

Both memory dumps blame networking components. The older memory dump blames your wired network device driver: Rtlh64.sys ( More info on it here: Driver Reference Table - Rtlh64.sys ).
Please:
- download a fresh copy of the appropriate driver package from Realtek
- un-install the current wired networking drivers
- install the freshly downloaded drivers
- monitor for further BSOD's

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Only 2 updates since SP1 - most systems have 130 to 140. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates.

Also continue with the fixes in my original post.

Good luck!

Thank you for your attention and your patience.
First i am sorry that i am bad at English.
Here is some additional info from my laptop:
I can not enable windows update because most of the time my computer crashes when i want install these updates.
Most of the BSOD occur when it connect to internet OR i install a program like matlab two days age with too much noise from my laptop.
and i changed my hard drive 1 year ago.
I have a lot of error or warnings of type "Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller is disconnected from network." && "Display is not active , source:atikmdag".
After my last post I removed dell quickset , bluetooth driver, disable wireless, update Realtek Wired Network Driver but i could not find updates for Ricoh Memory Card Reader driver and the latest version of Accelerometer in dell web site was same as my driver version and i could not find anything else and i have BSOD again.
what is Accelerometer and can i uninstall it?
And I have a lot of minidump from my laptop before i install the new windows. Can they help you?

Don't worry about your English, it is very good.

I don't believe that the accelerometer is necessary, but haven't seen it cause any problems in Dell computers.

The minidumps from the old installation are of limited value - but the value here is that they were occurring before you reinstalled Windows. In most cases this would mean a problem with hardware - but that presumes that all drivers are updated and that you have all Windows Updates.

I would strongly suggest that you work on the Windows Update problems first. There is an excellent Windows Update troubleshooter who works at this link: Windows Update
Please register there and post your Windows Update problems there (I also work at that site).

Once it's fixed, then come back here and we'll finish off any remaining problems.

Good luck!

Hi I updated my windows and updated video driver too. But unfortunately it still crashes and a lot of time it just restarts with no BSOD. What can i do now?

Have you posted at the link that I gave you to get your Windows Updates fixed?
If not, please do so now. Fixing Windows Updates is the single most important thing that you can do to stop the crashes.
I won't even attempt to fix crashes on a system that doesn't have all of it's Windows Updates as it's an exercise in futility.
