Windows 7 help w7 starter - swiching languages

Hello, i just bought a asus eee netbook with windows 7 starter edition ... works grate but i would like to change my display language ... i tried the old fashion way (keybords and language - display language) .... but surprise "display language" is not there ... any suggestions for me guys :) ? tnx

edit: i have the languages installed
 


Start --> Control Panel --> Region and Languages

Should sort your problems :)


well its the same thing ... still no display language panel
