Hello all!
I have W7 7100 RC on my rig.
It seems to have trouble going to sleep or hibernating. When I click on the 'sleep' button, it acts like its going to sleep, it does turn off completely, but then after about 5-10 seconds it comes right back on to the "log on" screen. When I click on hibernate, it does the exact same thing, it just takes a little longer to come back on, and it goes right back to my desktop. I'm not sure if its w7, or my rig.
My specs:
Asus M3A78-EM Mobo
AMD Phenom 9950 2.60GHz
4GB Corsair Dominator 1066Mhz DDR2
MAXTOR 150GB Pri
SEAGATE 500GB Sla
B&G POWERSUPPLY 750W
My brother has pretty much the exact same specs (minus the type of memory and powersupply) and he easily can manage to put his computer to sleep or hibernate.
And I checked the BIOS for anything and there wasn't anything that was disabled.
Any help is appreciated!
