Yes the option is grayed out.
Well I can't delete the D:\ drive (it has a lot of data on it) so I guess I'll just add the space back to C:\.
To bad I can't just extend the D:\ drive to use the unallocated space.
I suppose I could get software that would do this, I used to use Partition Magic a long time ago before Windows had any options to do this out of dos.
I'm going to try and create a recovery partition again and see if it works the second time through.
