Hi
One of the things that's different in Windows 10 is how you get to a lot of things.
It's kind of driving me crazy, but I've found that a lot of time the easiest way is to type it into the search box on the taskbar.
I typed "Startup" in the search box and one of the options I got was, See which processes start automatically when you start".
This opened Task Manager which has a Startup tab.
Not the way I used to do it, or where I found it.
In fact when I looked for it in the old place (in msconfig) I found a message that said, "Use the Startup items section of Task Manager.
Try this for other things as well, I've found that I can get to most things by typing it in.
Also note that you can access a lot of things from the right click menu, available from the start button, among them Task Manager and the Run window.
That's if it's working for you, for me none of the links work in this build.
