Windows 7 How to remove "Unidentified Network" ???

I have this problem recently and yes I spend a lot of time searching for solutions and didn't avail any successful outcome. I hope that someone could help me here fix my problem.

I am using a direct internet connection (No router, switch, etc) I use only the modem itself from ISP.

This is very annoying because I need to disable and re-enable again the network adapter so that the 'unidentified network' will be gone. Yeah I'm doing that hassle routine everytime I power up my machine.

Try going to Start | Control Panel | View Network status and tasks , under Network and Sharing Center. Then click on the Local Area Connection, under View your active networks. A dialog box will open, click on the Properties button. Another dialog box will open, click Install then select Protocol then click Add. Another dialog box will open, select Reliable Multicast Protocol and click OK. See if that helps.
