Occasionally I want to switch between different keyboard languages (english/german/russian).

Therefore I used in the past the keyboard change indicator menu in Taskbar/Systray.

However recently this indicator disappeared.

How can I Windows 8 tell to re-show it again?

If possible I would prefer to have a registry key + value so that I can create a *.reg script
which does the job simply by double clicking.

Thank you
Peter

To overcome this issue, please follow the steps are given below:
  • Open Regional and Language Options – Start > Control Panel > Date >Time > Language & regional options> Click on Regional and Language options.
[ Language icon is available only if you have already added multiple language in Control Panel]
  • On the Language tab under ‘Text Service and Input Languages’ option click Details.
  • Under preferences, select Language bar> Select Show additional bar icons from the Notification area check box.
  • Click OK three times and click language icon or Keyboard icon on the task bar to display Menu

Hope this helps..
