Windows 7 Internet connection problems (intermittent connection)

My internet is almost twice as slow as it was about 2 or 3 weeks ago and often cuts out/ ceases to load a page every minute or so. I'm not really sure what can be wrong but i'm hoping someone here can help.

I run on a network with 3 computers (2 connected through a router and one connected straight to the modem). My computer connects through the router.

I've tried a couple of DNS servers but i'm a little lost in what I should do really. Again, any help or pointers on what I can do to make my internet connection better would be greatly appreciated.

Try letting your router resolve dns requests by setting the dns server addresses to that of the router - 192.168.1.1. It's also worth disabling IPv6 - you won't be using it.

I am not sure that all PC's have this problem by your description if so than it could be a modem issue, reboot that, if modem has a battery you need to press the reset button if only yours try below.
You show to be connected via a wireless connection.
rebooting the router
delete the wireless driver and reinstall

I see no issue with the iponfig.

Also you could grab a wireless scanner program to verify a good signal.
