Windows 7 Message keeps coming up

Whenever I am away from my computer for a while and the switch user screen comes on where you have to click on the user name comes up to get back to my desktop I get the following msg comes up

1. A software conflicting with Net Framework, not fully optimized
2. The Net Framework needing upgrade
3. Network getting actually disconnected while you are away
4. Firewall blocking the network or the software while you are away
