Windows 7 Multiple BSOD involving ntoskrnl.exe

Hi everyone and happy new year!

I've mounted a new PC, and after a day of working ok, i start getting BSOD every hour or so.Formated drive, and reinstalled windows 3 times now, keep getting BSOD with same bug check string and Filename coming up each time. I even got a BSOD while reinstalling windows at one point.

I've checked all connections to harddrive and reconnected wires, changed RAM slot, no change though. Also ran Windows Memory tests, but no problem. Ran Seagate HDD tests, and no problem either.

I've attached the minidump files, and hope someone can help me.

Unplug your Western Digital Passport or whatever Western Digital device is using this old driver
wdcsam64.sys 4/16/2008 WD SCSI Pass Thru driver
If Blue Screens persist and since both your dump files indicate memory corruption you should probably go ahead and Download Memtest86+ from this location here. Burn the ISO to a CD and boot the computer from the CD.
Ideally let it run for at least 7 passes / 6-8 hours. If errors appear before that you can stop that particular test. Any time Memtest86+ reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad Mobo slot. Test RAM sticks individually. When you find a good one then test it in all slots. Post back with the results.

Do your best to accumulate the data required.
Run the SF Diagnostic tool (download and right click the executable and choose run as administrator)
Download and run CPUz. Use the Windows snipping tool to gather images from all tabs including all slots populated with memory under the SPD tab.
Likewise RAMMon. Export the html report, put everything into a desktop folder that you've created for this purpose, zip it up and attach it to your next post (right click it and choose send to, compressed (zipped) folder.
