I'm currently in the process of getting parts for a new computer build.
So far I have a Asus Maximus VIII Hero mobo and a Samsung 850 EVO 500GB. M/2 ssd for it. I'm also going to be re-using the Seagate Barracuda 3.0TB h.d , Intel 530 Series 400GB ssd (for Games), Lite On DVD-RW, Lite ON Blu-ray burner and memory card reader from my current pc.
I'm also going to be getting a NZXT Phantom 820 case. G-Skill Ripjaws-Z DDR 4 3200 ram (32GBS) and a Corsair HX-1000i psu for the new pc.
I need suggestions between the following part's for the new pc.
The heatsink is either going to be a EK-XLC Predator 240 or a Corsair Hydro Series H-100i GTX.
With either one, I'll be using 4 EK-Furious Vardar FF5-120 (3000rpm) fans in push/pull.
I also need help deciding between 2 GeForce GTX 4.0GB or 2 AMD Radeon 390X 4.0GB video cards.
I'm ordering a Intel Core i5 6600K cpu on Thursday and eventually plan on upgrading it to a Core i7 6700K in early 2017.
Keep in mind, I'm on permanent disability (Social Security) for life and can't afford to spend over $300.00 on a part/s in a month.
The pc won't be built until May as I won't have all parts until then minus the new video cards.
I'll be using my current GeForce GTX 760's until then, but they need to go back inn this pc, so I can sell it.
All suggestions appreciated between the AIO's and video card's.
P.S. PC will be running Windows 10 Pro x64.

Solution
I'm actually hoping for Tuesday or Wednesday. I have medical stuff Monday & Thursday.
Though, when I ordered my current pc's case, I received it the next day on a Saturday morning.
I very well may be building it tomorrow. I'll know sometime tonight when my tracking number is updated by FedEx.
I already have the number, they're just not as good as UPS or the USPS, in the tracking department. It probably won't give me any results until 11:00 P.M.
Video card pictures. Why on the wrong cable ? I can admit I screwed up.An image from 'Need help deciding on 2 components for new pc build'. I overclocked my video card further than the factory overclock. Ran it in Furmark for 10 minutes and it didn't go over 78 degrees celcius. Screenshot shows my settings. Note the ram is set to 2030. I just have TriXX set to show the ram's actual speed. Normal settings were GPU 1342 MHz. & Ram 2000MHz. FireStrike was 11520 & TimeSpy was 4500. Decent increase on both. I have to reun Batman: Arkham Knight & Rise of the Tomb Raider's benchmarks in a few minutes.

Batman: Arkham Knight:
Minimum:83 FPS
Maximum: 150 FPS
Average: 104 FPS
Rise of the Tom Raider DX 12:
Mountain Peak: 65.74 FPS(min: 13.30FPS, Max:198.28 FPS)
Syria: 49.06 FPS (min:37.21 FPS, Max: 60.22 FPS)
Overall Score: 54.94 FPS

Very nice, just fitted this to my cpu. Was a little on the fiddly side to get it fitted

In a old pc I built I had the first version of the H80 in it. Yes it was a little fiddly. I found a trick that made it a little easier. Hook the inside case fan to the radiator first, then line up the outer fan and line it up to the radiator.
So far, I'm liking the Sapphire NITRO+ RX 480 OC 8gb. video card. It definitely kicks my 2 GTX 760's ass in the way everything looks and performs.
I really like Sapphire's TriXX 3.0. It's like Afterburner & GPU-z on steroids. It can even check your video cards fans, to make sure they're o.k.
I'm definitely glad I got it, instead of the PowerColor Red Devil RX 480 8gb.

I noticed something else, too. At least with my display Raptr is superior to GeForce Experience.
GeForce Experience quite often would set my games to a odd display resolution, even though the game had a setting for 2560x1080.
It also, always turned off dx 11 in Batman: Arkham City.
Raptr sets all my games to 2560x1080 and leaves Batman: Arkham City's dx 11 on.

Yeah, I didn't care for the new version of it.
I just ran the rest of 3DMark Advanced that I didn't run after the video card overclock. I also ran DiRT 3, DiRT Showdown, Batman: Arkham City, Batman: Arkham Oririgins, Tomb Raider and WWE 2K16's benchmarks. The only ones that get under 100 FPS are Tomb Raider, Rise of the Tomb Raider & WWE 2k16. They all get in the 6*.**FPS range.
All the Batman games get 100 FPS or over.
Ran a movie a while ago, too.

That's probably because Raptr has the annoying recording thing in it. I've already learned to turn it off, as it kept popping up during the TimeSpy runs.

A few games won't even launch with it running. AMD removed it a few driver versions ago. I'd removed it before then as it affected Wolfenstien A New order. Which I really should play again with this new card.

Thought I'd share my overclocking of a XFX RX480 GTR Black edition. Not sure I could deal with my fans running at the speed yours do. So they're being managed by a custom fan curve and while gaming sit around 64% with a max temp of 80c. When the cards idle the fans varies between 20-40%

I changed my fan slope a little bit yesterday . It stays at 60% from 30-70 degrees, 70% from 70-100 degrees and 100% from 100 degrees up. At 605 they're inaudible. Video catd still runs good in games and benchmarks.
I will suggest you try Sapphire TriXX on yours. It has more in it than Afterburner does. It's fan checking feature is a huge +.
You can get it at this link. Download new SAPPHIRE TriXX tool - SAPPHIRE Nation - Community blog by SAPPHIRE Technology

I overclocked my video card a little bit higher. Results are in the screenshot. Everything improved benchmark wise. TimeSpy:4570, FireStrike Extreme: 5890 and FireStrike: 11662. Furmark passed and video card didn't go over 80 degrees celcius.
Next month I'm getting a G Skill Ripjaws MX780 RGB mouse & Ripjaws KM780 RGB keyboard.

I have my fans running at 30% until 65c and then they max out at 60% above that. Card runs at 83c max with 1400c and 2100m. My Time spy is 4256. Score is let down by my AMD FX8370@4.4ghz. Though still not a bad score since I'm up against i7 systems with ddr4 and the more efficient cpu.
