Hi
I have recently installed Windows 7 rc, I had netgear wg311v3 as my wireless adapter but after I installed Windows 7, it didn't work (I coulnd't even see any wireless conections), I tried to do as sugested in this post http://windows7forums.com/windows-7-hardware/1367-netgear-wg311v3.html but after I had installed the program, nothing changed

then I bought LevelOne WNC-0301, in the hope that it might work. but almost the same, with the LevelOne adapter I can see the wireless conection, but I can't connect to it :S..

anyone knows what might be wrong, and/or know how to fix it?

Lack of Proper Win 7 driver is the cause in my opinion. You can check Device Manager> +Network Adapters and see how your netgear wg311v3 wireless PCI adapter is listed there? Look for Error symbols (! or?) and or ?Unknown Device entry for additional evidence.

I think Netgear has a Vista Beta driver for your netgear wg311v3 wireless PCI adapter you may try to install and try your luck. The download page: Windows Vista
