Windows 8 Network Center - missing items

The two attachments show how Net Center looks in W7 (top) and in (bottom) in Win 8. On W8 all icons, the map, and many text options that appear in W7 are missing. Is this what you see in W8?
(The same PC here runs both O/S.)

Looks good to me.
Things have changed and they've removed some of the superfluous stuff.
Mine in Windows 10....

Thanks for looking. I could have sworn (if I were a swearing man) that W8 looked like 7, earlier. But your confirmation,
and the restoration of several earlier images, contradicts that.
