Windows 7 No desktop after Installing Windows 7

Hello,
I had Vista, and then i installed Windows 7.I formated my Drive, the whole Installation was good. But then, after i finalized my installation (Choose Computer name, choose Network, and install updates) It restarted for the last time (As it should) and when it loaded, an Acer Wallpaper loaded and my mouse...But no Desktop..If i would press CTRL+ALT+DEL a black screen would appear, and if i press esc, the background would come back...But when i go to safe mode the desktop works...My computer is good enough for Windows 7...And all the drivers are installed(checked on safe mode) Then i tried installing again, but still the same problem. Can someone please help me?

If it works in Safe Mode, that normally means a driver problem. In your case, it might be a video situation.

This is an ACER laptop?

There is an option to boot into a basic video mode, so you might try that and then install your video drivers.

If this is not a laptop, what connection do you have to your video display?
