Last time in my house was power outage , and after next boot i had this error in event viewer:

Faulting application name: NvStreamUserAgent.exe, version: 7.1.2071.1338, time stamp: 0x5726e1d3 Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 10.0.10586.306, time stamp: 0x571af2eb Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x000000000002e909 Faulting process ID: 0x2eb8 Faulting application start time: 0x01d1ab42563e84e5 Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\NvStreamSrv\NvStreamUserAgent.exe Faulting module path: C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll Report ID: 60f4acee-7366-4535-b87a-6870b161075a Faulting package full name: Faulting package-relative application ID:

I seen this error only after power outage, after booting pc in event viewer. Never more.

But. I have found some topic when pc crash and op of topic , said about nvuseragenterror too. Link:

Computer Crash Since 0.5.10.1 - General Error and Reporting

Op from link said:
"the computer completely shuts down and re-boots."

"I run an I-7 3770K on an Intel MoBo. 16GM RAM, Samsung Pro 512 SSD about 1/2 full, and an Invidia GTX 560ti with latest drivers.
The error recorded is:

He's computer crashed due to hardware fault, and he get the same nvuseragenterror.exe in event logs.

My computer restarted due to power outage and i get the same error .

Can you explain me this why nvstreamuseragent.exe ntdll was in both situations?

Solution
Hi,
this:
nvstreamuseragent.exe is part of a selection of drivers Nvidia cards use to stream images to it's Shield Gaming device. If your not using such a device it's best to simply disable the service.
It also gives you a few extra fps too so it's worth doing.

This guide will show you how to dis able the services:
Disable NVIDIA Streamer Service and other NVIDIA processes - gHacks Tech News

if that fails to make a difference use the DDu (removes driver under safe mode and leaves the system very clean) to remove driver and then re-install.

because in both caes the computer stopped responding and so that software (which is a type of imput tracker) couldn't keep recording... again because the computers stopped.

Oki last question.

He was thinking that hes pc shutdown and reboots due to nvstreamuseragent.exe but this error was only because of unexpected shutdown? nvstreamuseragent.exe not caused shutdown itself, yes?

Hmm... even if the card was under powered it should't cause an unexpected shutdown. Those usually happen in order to protect the pc due to a conflict or corruption within the driver itself.
I read the thread you linked and did you actually try using the DDU and then re-install the driver? It doesn't matter that the driver is the latest, the reason for doing it is to clear any corruption which may have slipped in..

I'd still try disabling those services too as they are simply not needed.

Oh and your PSU should be fine.

There's no dump file associated with this crash is there? If so please post. You'll find them in the windows folder in a folder marked minidump.

What the app crash is saying is the something the within Module : ntdll.dll is causing NvStreamUserAgent.exe to have a memory exception error but if I can see a dump file I'll be able to tell you much more.

Its not mine problem. I just comparing.

It could simply be down to coincidence and just because his machine crashed because of X doesn't mean to say yours is the same.

He was thinking ( op from link ) that hes pc shutdown and reboots due to nvstreamuseragent.exe but this error was only because of unexpected shutdown? nvstreamuseragent.exe not caused shutdown itself, yes?
Sometimes when a machine crashes, the system will report that it's either this driver or that driver although the actual reason why the driver is crashing is because of another driver which isn't named.
This is why we need to see the dump file if there is one and even then usually the first advice would be to remove the driver using the DDU and re-install.

Hes pc crashed due to pc hardware fault propably ( "when my Port appears on the screen or I begin a game, the computer completely shuts down and re-boots" ) and he get the same nvstreamuseragent error in event log. My pc restarted due to power outage and i get the same error in event log.

I guess if you say it enough times it might be true?

This:
"when my Port appears on the screen or I begin a game, the computer completely shuts down and re-boots"
sounds more like a software error than hardware and without seeing any crash data who's to say what caused it?

My pc restarted due to power outage and i get the same error in event log
This could be down to the driver getting corrupted during the unexpected crash but again without seeing any crash data it's hard to say.

So its impossitble that nvstreamuseragent.exe error will cause reboot or shutdown?

So its impossitble that nvstreamuseragent.exe error will cause reboot or shutdown?
I wouldn't say that exactly just that it isn't always so cut and dried. As I said without seeing any crash data it's hard to say for sure.
