Hi,
of the two dump files sent, one as you know was 0xA00001 which is quite a rare bugcheck specifically for AMD GPU's and drivers. The above bugcheck occurs when a corrupt process has tried to take place and could be RAM, data or drivers.

Norton AV is also known for causing issues. Please remove and install MSE which is very stable:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/security/pc-security/mse.aspx

Please uninstall your AMD GPU drivers using this application:
http://www.wagnardmobile.com/DDU/
That will remove anything left behind by previous installations. Install latest driver release:
http://support.amd.com/en-us

If after making the above changes bsod continues check your RAM using this application:
http://www.memtest.org/

Please post any new dump files.

Dear Kamical. There is no more BSOD but there are some freeze screen after monitor turn off.

I set never turn off hard disk, never turn off usb, and never sleep or hibernate but only set turn off monitor after 20mins.
Once my monitor turn off i couldn't wake my computer back and need to push restart button. Please advise me.
Maybe because i set alarm from http://onlineclock.net/ this may be the cause of my frozen screen

Thank you so much for your help

Hi Mr Onizuka,
you may have some corrupt windows files. Look in the Start menu for command prompt. Right click on it and choose properties. Click 'Run as admin' and type:
sfc /scannow
Press enter and await results.

Dear Kemical

This is the result.

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some
of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
supported in offline servicing scenarios.

I also attach the csb.log as enclosed

Looking at the CBS logs I don't think the files that were not fixed are critical. It does look like many files were repaired however does the machine still exhibit the same issue?
