Please remove the overclock while we're troubleshooting (a 33% overclock is likely to cause this sort of problem). Feel free to resume it once the system has been stabilized.
Please remove MSI Afterburner/Riva Tuner/EVGA Precision. These programs use the same drivers and are known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems.
Ensure that you have ALL Windows Updates.

Thanks for the help.
I will update ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Win7 32&64-bit with the lastest version which is dated 2009.12.07 and ATHEROS L1E Driver V1.0.0.45 for Windows 32bit XP/64bit XP/32bit Vista/64bit Vista/32bit Win7/64bit Win7 with the lastest which is 2009.09.23. All from the asus website.
Will then see if it blue screens again. I wont be using the blue tooth keyboard for now.
