If anyone can help me with this issue I will be unbelievable grateful as it is doing my head in...

Our Company uses a Microsoft Access DB System written in house. It is used to create Customer Quotations. When a quotation is saved it creates a PDF. A few weeks ago we took delivery of a new Printer (Olivetti MF222). When I installed this (networked) printer on all the PC's in the Business, 3 of the PC's started to behave badly! Specifically, when I create a PDF from within the Access DB, the PDF chops off half of the details (the bottom half of the page). Un-installing the printer fixes the problem. I have contacted the company that supplied the Printer but they have no idea what is causing it. It MUST be a print driver issue?

If anyone has any ideas I will be eternally grateful!

Thanks.

Sorry only just saw your post but I found this via google and wondered if it might be of some help:

Many thanks for your post! I managed to sort the issue by re-installing the printer locally using a standard TCP/IP Port instead of installing the printer from the print drivers located on the server. Very odd! But it worked :-)
