Windows 7 Problem with ntoskrnl.exe

Hi everyone.
Im new here and i need your help.
I bought 2 new motherboards and having troubble on both machines with same error.
The motherboards are Asus Maximus V Extreme
I keep struggelin with pc freezes at boot.
Saw on the %SystemRoot%\Minidump that its a NTOSKRNL.exe file or driver that fails.
I post my Minidump here and maybe someone can read the file better than me and see whats happends.
I have tried everything but it seems like 1 driver screws my system
i hope for help because its kind of fustrating.

ntoskrnl.exe is the kernel (core) of the operating system. It's also protected by Windows System File Protection. If you were having problems with ntoskrnl.exe you'd be having many more problems other than the occasional BSOD. In most cases it's most likely that another, 3rd party driver (non-Windows) is causing ntoskrnl.exe to crash.

One of the memory dumps blames e1c62x64.sys - a driver related to your networking.
Here's some info on it:

Please:
- download a fresh copy of the network driver from the manufacturer's website
- un-install the current network driver
- install the freshly downloaded copy of the network driver
- monitor for further BSOD's

Some other suggestions:
The other memory dump implicates (but doesn't directly blame) Kaspersky.
Either get a new version of Kaspersky (yours dates from 2011) - or un-install it and use a more current, free antivirus. (links here: Link Removed - Invalid URL )

Un-install the AICharger app (can be known as the On/Off Charger or the Asus Charger on some systems). These can cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems. If needed, reinstall AFTER the BSOD's have stopped.

Logitech and WoW drivers are both older and may conflict with each other. Try uninstalling the Logitech drivers and updating the WoW mouse drivers to see if that helps. Feel free to install an updated version of the latest, WIn7 compatible drivers for both devices.
