Hi,
both your dump files are network related but are a little vague as to the actual culprit or in other words which driver, if any, caused the bsod.
I see you were using chrome around the time of the bsod. Is the Chrome browser fully updated? You can check by opening the settings tab and checking under 'About Google Chrome'.
I couldn't find a date for your Network driver as it had been flagged up by the machine as an unloaded module but in any case it only recently updated Please uninstall the old version before installing the new:
http://www.msi.com/support/nb/GT70-2OD.html#down-driver&Win8.1 64

Now you do have one or two other applications which are network related but before we look at them see if updating the network driver helps. If the bsod continues please post the new dump file.

Version 43.0.2357.132 m
Google Chrome is up to date

One thing i did was turn off website protection from malwarebytes so far...

i use an intel 7260 wireless and driver is up to date, im updating the onboard nic now but i never use it
wondering if the wireless card could be going bad causing the issue
