Hi,
regardless of whether you have the latest gpu driver or not, use this application to uninstall your current driver. The DDU or Display driver uninstaller will also remove any corruption left behind by previous driver installs and leave it ready for the new driver.
It's best used in Safe mode:
Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) V15.7.5.5 Released. (Stable) - Wagnardmobile Forum

Install the latest whql driver (released yesterday V 368.22)
Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers

Find command prompt in the start menu, right click on it, choose properties followed by run as admin. Type:
sfc /scannow
Press enter and await results.

Can you also post the make and model of your PSU please.

Hi,
try some of the solutions offered here:
Troubleshoot black screen problems - Windows Help

If the issue persists then post back describing what you tried.

Oh and please post the make and model of your PSU

Lastly, have you tried reseating the card at all?
