Search in Windows Server 2016 is very weak,

For example, as I tried to search “Power”, the “power option” is not populated!

What could be the issue here? Is there a way to enhance the search in Windows Server 2016?

Power Options is not a Start Menu item, it's a Setting so you have to open Settings [Windows Key + i] then search Power options. Although I was just testing it and after I searched for it in Settings it did show up in the start menu, so yeah I'd say it's not indexed.

Check your indexing options, make sure what you want is checked.

You can also filter your search to settings by typing in the search box Settings: then the search will only look at settings
