Ok, so i have installed an Atheros network adapter, that i have used before as an access point to use on my PS3 and psp. Now though, i plugged it in, windows automatically installed the driver, and it shows up under connections as "wireless network 3, Atheros adapter etc..." But, i dont know how to set up an access point from there that uses the adapter...any help would be appreciated.

    [
    ]Set Up the Adapter:
    • Click on the "Sharing" tab.
    • Check the box for "Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection."
    • From the drop-down menu, select the network connection you want to share.
    • Click "OK."
  2. Start the Access Point:
    • Your Atheros network adapter should now be set up as an access point.

      Notes:

      • Ensure that your Atheros adapter supports Hosted Network feature to create a wireless access point. Check the adapter specifications to confirm this.
      • If your Atheros adapter does not support Hosted Network, you may need to use third-party software like Connectify to create a virtual hotspot.
By following these steps, you should be able to set up your Atheros network adapter as an access point for your PS3 and PSP to connect to. Let me know if you need further assistance or run into any issues during the setup process!
