Windows 7 SUDDEN shutdown/restard ....Neither BSOD, Nor overheating....... ( Kernel-power 41 ) (63)

i downloaded the software now and am doing what ye asked of me right now : )
if ye are staying by the pc for 10 more minutes i will post them here or sth : )
cheers again fella

Hi,
I'd still try malwarebytes as it runs great alongside Security Essentials and would enhance your security perfectly. Also to help me further try this app called SiW (System information for Windows): SIW | System Information for Windows by Gabriel Topala . As you can see in this screenshot it will give you the information regarding your system which you can then supply to me..

there ye go ...
i supplied what ye pointed at

motherboard
network adapter
sounddevice and something else can't remember it
: )

Hey there,
thank you for the screenshots, they helped a huge amount. Ok, this is the actual web page for your motherboard and associated drivers (windows 7 64bit). Please also check your bios is the latest version too...

P55a-UD3

Oh I forgot to tell you that when reading the dump file I noticed you were using an extremely old version of speedfan..
Please download the latest version here:

Speedfan

well i download the bios and it unrars into some weird files including some .bat files ....none of them are exe
none are even executable in any form.

and bout the speed fan
latest is 4.42 .....it is the one am using
isn't it ? i downloaded it again and it is the latest one : )
if not .....please point me to which one
and also the SATA Thing
how do i update it ?

This is a app for flashing Gigabyte boards and is automated, please follow the instructions carefully.:

@Bios

As for Speedfan, my apologies, I checked again and yes your correct. (it was very late last night lol). As for the SATA did you not find drivers on the update page? I'm pretty sure the drivers have an 'exe' to initiate the install?

Cybercore is asking you to uninstall Logmein as it is known to cause problems with 64bit windows 7. There is a solution however and if you really need to use this app then see below:

Some hardware may have conflicts with the driver LogMeIn employs to display optimized remote
screen video. You can install LogMeIn without the Display Accelerator, and use
the default screen display, which is just as fast over high-speed connections.

To do so:
  1. Please download the manual install file located at the bottom of this document.
  2. Next, create a folder in the C: drive called LMI. Then open the LogMeIn.zip file and extract it to the LMI folder.
  3. Next, go to Start, then Run, and type cmd and click OK.
  4. To find your system type, Right click on the My Computer icon, and choose properties:
    • If the local operating system is 32-bit, then at the command prompt, type:
      1. cd C:\lmi\x86 (hit enter)
      2. logmein install -nomirrordrv (hit enter)
    • If the local operating system is 64-bit, then at the command prompt, type:
      1. cd C:\lmi\x64 (hit enter)
      2. logmein install -nomirrordrv (hit enter)
  5. You will then receive a message that the install was successful. Close the
command prompt window and click "Open LogMeIn" on the message
that appears, and follow the steps to assign the computer to your LogMeIn
    account.

LogMeIn manual installation file

Reference

LogMeIn is also quite notorious for BSOD's, especially that its driver is so old:

Code:
[B]lmimirr.sys Tue Apr 10 18:32:45 2007[/B]

well
1- this bios thing .....no there isn't any exe file with it xD
try downloading it and then see if there is any

2 - the marvell driver ...says it's the best version installed and i couldn't get the ID .....i clicked prop. then in another tab i choose hardware IDs ....found about 3 or 4 there xD

3 - i un-installed log me in xD

4 - i did these bios instructions ye told me about, but when installing it, found out it was ardy there ...ye know ...the installes was asking if i wanna repair it or un-install or so on.

5 - i just had the blue screen again today while booting!! ...but this time was nothing but only 1 line ....saying ...the process was not executed properly and reboot req or so ....but nothing about dump or w/e

( excuse my english fellas ...i just got used on typing this way )

and another bluescreen of doom.
this time it's diff.

this time it is exactly after logging into the user account, it happened
and i restarted
and after restarting ...the "starting windows" sign was there ...it lasted about 10 min. ...so i restarted one more time
and as usual asked for a ( system repair recommended ) thing
so i hit it
and wait for it, then restore ..so i clicked yes
then i had this message :
startrep.exe - application error
the instruction at 0xfc12584d referenced ......well i was copying the error message live from it as soon as it occurred and couldn't complete it cause suddenly another bluescreen comes in!!! don't know how did that happen

and this time this one says
if you bla bla bla
ye know ...first time reading this ....bla bla

and if not ..just disable any newly installed hardware.
does this mean something is wrong with the ram i just installed ( as i said ..i just installed a new 2 gb ddr3 ram ) ?
note: problems were even before i installed it ....but bluescreens started showing after installed it.

i am really annoyed ....there has got to be something to fix all this
i will re-boot now and launch up the start up repair while am writing this reply so everything is live! xD
if it goes on well then i will just post the dump
if it doesn't go well i will just copy what just happened again .....
ok, start up repair launched ....
then clicked repair ....
then clicked restore .....again that's the second time now!
....attempting repairs
....ok it is completed successfully ....
system restarted now.
i notice there is no beep at the motherboard's picture ...before the operating system starts ..there was suppose to be a beep ...didn't happen now
....ok booting process is complete.
i will now log in.
logged in now .......
everything seems to be fine
i will wait exactly 5 more minutes if nothing happened i will submit this reply if anything happened i will continue to post it .....
( waiting... )
ok 5 minutes have passed.
it is fine
nothing more happened
if anything happens i will make sure to post it again for ye.
and i will post the dump in a reply after this one ....

ok there is the dump that just happened ...and while i was there
i found the dump just before it ( the day before it )
so i zipped it as well
hope this helps.

i got 2 super talent.
2 gb each ....
but this means that was the reason why the computer used to turn off suddnly ?

and is there anything i can do fix this 1320 to 1333 ?
and
about the memtest86+
i will do it as soon as i can and post it
but please ...i wanna know : )
is the ram the issue ?!
and are ye sure it is one of the supertalent ? and how do i know which one ...
cheers for yer time

@Abdoula, the sticks are not quite matching, and your RAM frequency is set wrong,

me said:

-- 2 Super Talent sticks with 1 uknown
-- currently clocked 1320Mhz while it should be 1333Mhz.

1333 9-9-9-24 1.5v

---------> BIOS setup, DRAM options.

1333 9-9-9-24 1.5v

You got STT in Slots #1 and #3, UNKNOWN in Slot#4.

If it still crashes after you have set the RAM frequency 1333, try the system with only 1 stick in, remove the others for now. Then if it goes smooth, install EITHER 2 STT sticks OR 1 UNKNOWN instead.

1. CPU-Z memory and RamMon report again, so I can see as you have it now:
http://windows7forums.com/blue-scre...mportant-every-thread-starter-please-see.html

2. If the RAM is bugging out, then sorting drivers and software won't help at all. You could try to update to their latest versions:

Realtek Audio RTKVHD64.sys Wed Dec 29 22:52:42 2010

Realtek LAN Rt64win7.sys Wed Nov 24 22:30:11 2010

NEC USB 3.0 nusb3hub.sys Thu Dec 09 23:50:35 2010

Marvell mv91cons.sys Tue Sep 22 17:36:37 2009

However, if the RAM is still running 1320Mhz, you will still be having crashes.
