Windows 7 Unkown BSOD during Game.

I was playing Starcraft 2, and the game froze for a second, then I got a BSOD. I tried to take a pic, but was to slow.

Here is the file from diagnostic tool, if you need the other 2 things (cpuz and rammon) let me know.

Hi,
this bugcheck can be generated by something recently installed like drivers, software or Bios. Anti virus apps are also known to cause this issue It's caused by memory being accessed incorrectly Chances are it's most likely a driver but we'll do some testing and see what turns up.
Checking through the dump file i notice your Bios is out of date:
BiosVersion = 2103
BiosReleaseDate = 11/06/2013
Latest Bios stands at 2501 which includes system stability updates:
