Hello!
Recently there was this mysterious thing that went on with the computer, and the windows somehow became corrupted. This corruption of the Windows Installer has prevented me from using the newest version of internet explorer because I can't even install the update(I'm currently using Firefox). When I try to download one of those things that automatically fixes the Windows Installer, it's says I don't have the latest version of .NET framework, and when I try to update that, it says the Windows Installer is corrupted and so it can't install.
Here are the errors I get when installing updates:
