Windows Vista Vista Problems with graphics card?

Hey all I am having the following problem.
When I do anything but play a game everything is fine. When I go to play a game, any game at all, at random what will happen is that the monitor will freeze and then go black. It will then go into standby mode and say that it is not receiving a signal. I have tried several different monitors and the same problem happens. Now this has only happened since I upgraded to windows vista.

I am running the following:
MoBo: Asus M2V CPU: AD Athlon 64 x2 4400+
RAM: 4096 MB (4x 1024 DDR2-SDRAM)
Card: Nvidia GeForce 8600 GT
O/S: Windows Vista Ultimate 6.00.6001 SP1
DirectX: DX 10
Power Supply: 550W

I got the info from PC Wizard - Anyone know what this issue is and how to resolve it?

Update your drivers here:
Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers

Also check the device isn't overheating... Try running with the side panel off the pc and if it continues to work then you know you've got a heat problem.
