As a proud Windows Phone user (ever since launch), I'd highly recommend any WP device. It's such an enjoyable, problem free experience.
You might as well upgrade to Windows 7 while you're at it

On PC? I'd recommend GIMP (which is an open-source alternative to Photoshop).

Thanks a lot for your recommendation.
Before my coming this time ,my friend told me to download PonyPhoto ,which she thought nice.
And not long ago I downloaded Thumba and PhotoFunia.
I feel that both three Apps are perfect.They got diffenent features, with their assistance I can make pics I want.
