Windows 10 WHEA BSOD Everytime PC Is Turned On

Windows 10 Pro v1903

Beginning about one week to ten days ago, every time I power on my PC, I get a BSOD with the WHEA stop code. After making a system dump, the PC restarts and all works fine until I next power the PC off.

I have run "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth", "sfc /scannow" and MEMTEST 5.1.

All report no errors.

Windows Update History shows one driver updated:

HP Inc. - SoftwareComponent - 6/20/2019 12:00:00 AM - 1.0.644.0

DriverBooster reports several recently updated drivers:

38217

This is what the "WhoCrashed" program reports:

Hi, welcome to the forum on checking your dmp files, you're having a hardware fault with the pci express. May I suggest you upgrade your bios to the latest. All your drivers seem up to date. May I also suggest you don't use driverbooster as it causes way more problems than it's ever solved.

Hi nmsuk, I'm seeing two possible BIOS upgrades on the HP support website. Both are recent (last two months), but one is for ROM Family SSID 84FD, the other for ROM Family SSID 84FE. Do you know how I could determine which apples to my PC?

Hi again, I determined (with help from HP) that my PC has ROM Family SSID 84FD. I updated the BIOS to F.20-05/20/2019. Now the WHEA BSODs seem to be gone! Many thanks, nmsuk. Can you hazard a guess as to why the BSODs started about two months after I bought the PC?
