In these updates, which rolled out during February 2015 Patch Tuesday, addresses Flash Player in Internet Explorer as well as resolves various issues throughout the operating system. Here are the two updates that were released today:

ref:Gabe Aul on Twitter has dropped a single clue which could help us figure out the launch date of the next build drop for Windows Insiders. In response to a question regarding the desktop technical preview, he says "1316" is the key to solving the puzzle.
So far, a number of people are attempted their guess. It appears was a leap year in 1316, and that leap year started on a Thursday, which is today. Not only that, but 16-1-3 = 12, meaning Feb 12th too.
refToday, Gabe Aul has confirmed on Twitter that the next build to arrive for Windows Insiders on the desktop will be from the fbl_impressive branch, which means it's likely that the next build we see hit the public will (finally) be from the 100xx range of builds.
Last week, we saw a number of screenshots leak from build 10009 in the winmain_prs branch. That build included Spartan and a few new icons as well as a slight UI adjustment on the taskbar. It's possible that all these changes + more will make their way into the next public build.
Hints of a new Build.. Maybe even later today? It obviously wasn't yesterday when the article was written but what does the figure of 1316 relate to. I checked that it isn't minutes or hours until release as 1316 hours is 54 days and 1316 minutes is 21hours so it could be but nah ..... Anyone got an idea?

Microsoft has rolled out KB3040021, KB3038930, and KB3021952 to Windows Update for those of you running Windows 10 build 9926. KB3021952 is an IE security update, while the other two are fixes to prepare Windows 10 to update to the next newest build when it comes available -- which should be very soon.
http://www.winbeta.org/news/windows-10-build-10022-screenshots-leak-fblimpressive-release-imminentScreenshots from Windows 10 build 10022 have leaked onto the internet from the upcoming public branch fbl_impressive. WinBeta understands that this build mainly focuses on under-the-hood improvements and doesn't include many new features.
It's likely that this build could be sent to Insiders next week, as 10022 is stable. Spartan is not included in this build, as Spartan is still not ready for primary usage and is missing a number of features.
