Hello,
I'm new here and thought I'd try and get some help. I keep getting a Winows Driver error whenever I try to restart or shutdown. The Error code is 0x0000010D

Hi Link1227 and Welcome to The Forum.

STOP 0x0000010D: WDF_VIOLATION
Usual causes:
Device driver, ?Memory

Your latest dump file lists libusb0.sys as the probable cause.
Old and incompatible drivers can and do cause issues with Windows 7, often giving false error codes.
Random stop codes can often indicate hardware issues.

As a Priority:

libusb0.sys Tue Jul 07 17:53:02 2009 Apart from the fact I believe you can get this (outdated) driver from SourceForge, I've no other info.

sptd.sys Sun Oct 11 21:54:02 2009 The sptd.sys driver is notorious for causing BSOD's with Windows 7. It's a driver used and installed along with Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120 which you'll also have to uninstall.
Then use the correct (32bit or 64bit) download from Duplex Secure - Downloads to uninstall the SPTD.SYS driver.
Make sure to select the uninstall button! DO NOT SELECT INSTALL!!

pcouffin.sys Tue Dec 05 14:39:53 2006 PCouffin is part of VSO software, related to CD/DVD burning software and has known issues with Windows 7. Update or Uninstall your current CD/DVD burning software.

Drivers that pre-date Windows 7. Update:

GEARAspiWDM.sys Mon May 18 13:17:04 2009 Gear Software CD-ROM Class Filter Driver v4.019.1 (Oct 2011). Also loads with iTunes

fle5wnnt.sys Tue Aug 05 15:59:20 2003 WTF???? This ones even older than me!! If I had an old dial type phone I could give you a link!

flsiface.sys Wed Sep 10 13:41:45 2008
flspar.sys Thu Dec 09 16:10:59 2004
flsser.sys Thu Nov 18 11:28:39 2004
flsvcom.sys Thu Sep 11 17:33:18 2008
As above. Probably all connected.

giveio.sys Thu Apr 04 03:33:25 1996 Now we are getting silly!! Its an old driver that was used by Speedfan. Search it out and delete it. (I hope you're taking these comments with the tongue in cheek that I'm delivering them with!!)

Make sure your system is fully updated including SP1.
Download and install the correct system readiness tool prior to installing SP1.
System Update Readiness Tool for 32bit (x86)
System Update Readiness Tool for 64bit (x64)

Let us know how it goes. If you get further problems with blue screens, attach your new dump files and details and we'll move on from there.

HTH.

Ok, I know the libusb is from Motionjoy.
Another problem, When I update to SP1 Remote Desktop stops working, any ideas?
