Windows 10 windows folder taking too much space

I need 8GB free device space so I did a little analysis and I can't do that; my windows folder (pc/Acer/windows) is taking up 24.8 GB out of 28GB how can I solve this?
Is this even normal? Can I even solve this?

I would really appreciate your help.

I would call that within normal. You can try running the disk cleanup utility. Click the 'Clean up system files' button. Anything in this screen is safe to remove. Check the boxes for items you want to remove. Beyond that I would be careful what you delete if you still need space.

Click the start button or press the Windows key and start typing 'Disk Cleanup' it should pop up in the menu.
