What the deuce?

Two folders have appeared in my secondary HDD, "f27771cd7a2dafea6c5573" and another one that I have removed. I cannot delete the one mentioned above because it is locked by Windows, also there is an msdia80.dll that is also in the root of my HDD. This is a fresh Windows install, it's still getting through the updates and patches and what not. But why on earth did it install them to my secondary HDD? What can I do to fix this?

Don't know if this sheds any light on it, but msdia80.dll appears to be some type of debugger ("dia" stands for "debug information accessor"), associated with Microsoft Visual Studio 2005. If you have that program loaded, or did at one time, the activity could be related to that. If you never had that program installed, you might want to run a malware scan.
