Windows 7 Windows Install Freezes...

I've installed Windows 7 previously so I know my system works fine.. Biostar TA790gx 128 motherboard... sata hdd, both sata and ide burners. The only new thing is my video card, a Radeon HD 4650. It installs most, if not all the way, I left it alone today for 12 hours... I get back home and all I see is a black screen with "Windows7.evaluation copy. build 7057......" in the bottom left corner. Ctrl-Alt-Del does not working, neither does right clicking the mouse.. I'm installing now without the new video card, we'll see if that works, any ideas what else it could be?
