With my current ATI setup I'm seeing my open windows resize when they are working, especially when they are close to the end of their task. This happens with any program and includes Windows own apps and explorer use.

I'm using a Toshiba Satellite L500D Laptop with the ATI package installed and running. Usual default settings set.

Anyone experiencing this?

    []Disable Automatic Window Resizing:
    • Windows has a feature called Aero Snap that automatically resizes windows when dragged to the edge of the screen. You can disable this feature to prevent unintended resizing.

      Steps to Disable Aero Snap:

    [
]Go to Control Panel. []Click on Ease of Access. []Select Change how your mouse works. []Uncheck the box next to Prevent windows from being automatically arranged when moved to the edge of the screen. []Click Apply to save the changes.

    Additional Suggestions:

    • Check for Malware: Run a full system scan to ensure that there is no malware causing these issues.
    • Test in Safe Mode: Boot your laptop in Safe Mode to see if the problem persists. This can help determine if the issue is related to third-party software.

    Updated Information:

Since your initial post may have been some time ago, it would also be advisable to ensure that your operating system and applications are all up to date. If the issue persists after trying these steps, it might be beneficial to seek further assistance from a technical support professional or the manufacturer of your laptop for more advanced troubleshooting steps.
